What we collect through this site, why, and how long we keep it. Plainly.
Who we are
NewTurn Technologies LLC, Al Fajer Complex, Umm Hurair Rd, Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
What we collect
When you submit the contact form or subscribe to Insights, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and message, plus the enquiry type and — for spam prevention — a salted hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. We do not store your raw IP address. If you use the site chat, the messages you send and any name or email you provide in the chat are collected the same way.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to send Insights notes you asked for, and to protect the site against abuse. We contact you only about your enquiry — the consent line under each form says exactly that, and it is the standard we hold.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and chat records are kept in active logs for 90 days, then moved to a private archive. Email correspondence that becomes a client relationship is retained as business records require.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is delivered by email to our team and stored on our hosting infrastructure. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to operate this site (hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality.
Analytics
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) that do not use cookies and do not track you across sites.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email sales@newturnco.com and we will action it within a reasonable period, as the PDPL provides.
