Questions, answered
Can you take over an existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. We run a tenant assessment, transfer CSP billing without service interruption, and produce a findings report before changing anything. Your data and configuration stay as they are until you approve the plan.
How long does a migration from Google Workspace take?
A typical 25–100 user migration runs two to four weeks end to end: one week of assessment and planning, staged mail and file moves, then a weekend cutover. Mail flow is never down during the move.
Do we lose our data if we move from Dropbox or a file server?
No. We migrate with content, structure, and permissions mapped in advance, verify counts and checksums after each batch, and keep the source read-only until you confirm completeness.
What does CSP licensing through NewTurn cost compared to buying direct?
The licence price is the same as Microsoft direct pricing. The difference is that a managed CSP relationship includes monthly licence review and a partner who answers when something breaks.
Can you fix our security settings without a full project?
Yes. The security baseline is a fixed-scope engagement: MFA, Conditional Access, anti-phishing policies, and admin-account cleanup, delivered with a before/after report.
